Six deanery members serve on the Executive of the Kent Deanery Conference. Four are elected by members of the Kent Deanery to serve for a three-year term. Two serve ex-officio, namely the Episcopal Vicar of Kent and the Regional Coordinator for Kent/Lambton.
Associate members of the Kent Deanery include priests and lay persons mandated by the Bishop for diocesan ministry and retired priests who are based in the Kent Deanery.
